IWC Ingenieur Automatic AMG Black Series Ceramic
Produced between 2013 and 2017, this IWC Ingenieur Automatic AMG Black Series Ceramic, reference IW3225-03, pays tribute to the Ingenieur’s engineering heritage through a striking collaboration with Mercedes-AMG, translating the world of high-performance motorsport into a serious watchmaking statement.
Its 46mm case combines titanium and ceramic, the zirconium oxide construction directly inspired by AMG’s ceramic disc brakes. The interplay between high-gloss, piano lacquer-like surfaces and silky matte finishes gives the watch a distinctive, technical presence on the wrist, while the sapphire crystal caseback reveals the automatic movement within.
The black dial, fitted with stick and dot indexes and stick hands, keeps the focus on legibility and function, staying true to the Ingenieur’s tool-watch DNA.
At its core is the automatic IWC calibre 80110, offering hours, minutes, seconds and date, and delivering the robust performance the Ingenieur name has always stood for.
This example comes with box and accessories only.
